10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I have over 10 years of experience in all aspects of senior care options. My wide range of senior care management allows us to give a complete and transparent picture for clients to make the best decisions possible. My career includes time as an Executive Director of several assisted living and memory care communities, a Care Management Director of an in-home care company, and experience in sales and marketing of a skilled nursing facility. Because of this experience, I understand the fine details that go into each care option. My experience in senior housing and in-home care allows me to more nimbly navigate our clients through a process that can be overwhelming.

How We WorK

Step 1: Consultation

We want to meet with the client and any other decision-makers. Together, we will determine your wants and needs along with a budget to find the best options. Additionally, we can review any Long-Term Care Insurance, VA benefits, or pensions that will help to find the most comfortable options.

Furthermore, we will review any additional resources needed to find the best option for our clients.

Step 2: Advisory

We want to be a part of the decision process to coach and advise the next steps. These steps include touring or interviewing communities or in-home care options to find the best fit. We will

work together to ask the right questions to make sure our clients understand what each option has to offer.

Step 3: Follow-Up

We want to make sure the steps we took were the correct ones. We will work with you ahead of the move-in and introductory process to set you up for success.

Additionally, we will continue following-up with clients to ensure our clients are living as independent as possible.
